These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Made for More Membership, the Momentum Program, and any related services provided by Dara Adams & Co., DBA Made for More (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in or accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Program Access & Eligibility
To participate in the Services, you affirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.

You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

You will provide accurate and complete information upon enrollment.
We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion.
2. Payment, Billing & Subscription Terms
A. Payment Requirements
All payments must be completed at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is offered.
By purchasing, you authorize us or our third-party processors (e.g., Square, Stripe, Wix Payments) to charge the payment method provided.
B. Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Failure to complete payments may result in removed access until the account is brought current.
C. Auto-Renew Memberships (for Made for More)
Memberships automatically renew according to the billing schedule selected unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
D. Missed or Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the system may automatically retry the charge. If unresolved, program access may be suspended.
3. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the sales page,
all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the digital nature of our programs and immediate access to content.
If you need a customized refund policy, I can create one next.
4. Program Content & Intellectual Property
All content provided through Made for More and Momentum—including videos, templates, workbooks, live sessions, PDFs, slides, and community content—is the exclusive property of Dara Adams & Co., DBA Made for More.
You may not:

Share, reproduce, distribute, or sell program materials

Use any content for your own programs, clients, or commercial purposes

Republish or screenshot community content publicly

Record coaching calls or live sessions unless we give written permission
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own development.
5. Community Guidelines & Conduct
You agree to:

Maintain a respectful, supportive, and confidential environment

Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

Avoid soliciting other members for business, recruiting, or coaching unless invited

Keep all login credentials private
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates community guidelines, without refund.
6. Coaching Disclaimer
By participating, you acknowledge:

Our programs provide education, strategy, spirituality-based mentorship, and support—not therapy, legal advice, financial advisory, or medical treatment.

We cannot guarantee specific results, outcomes, or earnings.

Your progress depends on your own commitment, follow-through, and personal circumstances.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
We value confidentiality but cannot guarantee privacy for information shared in:

Group calls
-
Community threads
-
Live or virtual sessions
Members are encouraged to honor confidentiality, but participation in group-based environments is voluntary and at your discretion.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your personal information.
8. Technology Requirements
To participate effectively, you may need:

Access to a computer or smartphone

Reliable internet connection

Ability to stream video or join virtual meetings

Access to email for updates and communications
We are not responsible for technical issues on your devices.
9. Access Duration
Made for More and Momentum include specific access timelines:

Made for More Membership: Access continues while your membership remains active.

Momentum Cohort: Participants receive access for the duration of the program plus any stated bonus period.
We reserve the right to update or modify program content at any time.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Violate these Terms

Fail to complete required payments

Engage in harmful or unethical conduct

Misuse program content
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income or emotional distress.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on program content.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
