STEWARD

I SEE Beyond WHAT YOU'RE BUILDING. I PAY Attention TO THE LEADER RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRYING IT.

Facetune_15-09-2026-10-25-04.HEIC

I'm Dara, Founder and Principal Advisor of DARA Advisory Group.

My work is rooted in a simple belief:

Leadership is an act of becoming before it is an act of building.

I've spent years working alongside founders, executives, pastors, and leaders with significant vision and responsibility. And I've learned that the greatest threat to what they're building isn't always a bad strategy.

Sometimes, the vision has simply grown beyond the leader's current way of carrying it.

That's where I come in.

I help leaders hear their Inside Voice™, become clear about what they've actually been called to carry, and develop the capacity and capability required to lead it well.

Because your calling may reveal what you're responsible for.

But your leadership determines how people experience it.

I don't just listen to what leaders say.

I pay attention to how they lead.

I notice the decision that keeps getting delayed.

The way you communicate when you're under pressure.
The responsibility you refuse to release.
The tension between what you say you value and what your team actually experiences.

The places where insecurity is influencing authority.
The personal patterns quietly following you into your leadership.

And the areas where your organization has grown, but you haven't yet developed the leadership required to carry it differently.

Sometimes that means sitting across the table from you.
Sometimes it means observing your team, your meetings, your ministry, or your organization in motion.

Because I don't observe organizations simply to tell leaders what's wrong with them.

I observe organizations because they reveal things about leadership that conversation alone cannot.

The whole leader matters.

I don't believe you can completely separate the person from the leader.

How you handle conflict personally can influence how you navigate tension professionally.

How secure you are in your identity can shape how freely you develop other leaders.

How you respond to pressure can determine whether your team experiences clarity or confusion.

And how deeply rooted you are spiritually can affect your ability to discern what is actually yours to carry.

That's why my work can move between leadership, business, relationships, identity, faith, decision-making, and organizational dynamics.

Not because everything needs fixing.

Because everything is informing how you lead.

My responsibility is to help you see the connections.

My work sits at the intersection of:

CALLING

What have you actually been entrusted to carry? Not every opportunity belongs to you. Not everything you're capable of doing is part of your assignment. We return to the vision, conviction, and responsibility underneath your leadership.

INSIDE VOICE™

Can you hear yourself clearly enough to lead with conviction? Pressure, success, fear, comparison, expectations, and even well-intentioned advice can become louder than your own discernment. I help leaders strengthen the internal clarity required to know what is aligned, what isn't, and what this season requires.

capability

Can you actually lead what you've been called to carry? Vision doesn't automatically produce leadership capability. We strengthen judgment, communication, decision-making, delegation, strategic thinking, relational intelligence, and the practical leadership skills your responsibility requires.

capacity

Can you carry it without losing yourself or becoming the infrastructure for everything around you? We examine the psychological, spiritual, relational, and organizational conditions surrounding your leadership so growth doesn't require you to become less healthy in order to sustain it.

My gift is seeing what's underneath the activity.

I spent years helping leaders build brands, businesses, ideas, and strategies.

But somewhere along the way, I realized I was rarely looking only at what we were building.

I was watching the person building it.

I could see when the strategy wasn't the actual problem.

When the team issue was revealing a leadership issue.

When more structure wouldn't solve what required greater security.

When someone didn't need another idea. They needed permission to trust what they already knew.

And when the next level of an organization required the leader to become someone they had never needed to be before.

That realization changed my work.

Today, I don't measure success simply by whether something gets built.

I'm interested in whether the leader becomes capable of faithfully carrying it.

I believe people should be able to trust your leadership.

Not because you're perfect.

Not because you always know the answer.

And certainly not because you hold the title.

Trust is built when the people you lead experience clarity, consistency, honesty, safety, accountability, and stewardship from you.

That requires more than business acumen.

It requires psychological awareness.

Spiritual depth.

Self-awareness.

Discernment.

Capability.

Capacity.

And the willingness to keep becoming.

My work is helping leaders develop all of it.

This is why DARA Advisory Group Exisits

We work with founders, CEOs, pastors, executives, and organizational leaders to align who they are, how they lead, and what they've been called to carry.

Our work may include strategic counsel, leadership assessment, organizational observation, and executive formation, but the objective remains the same:

To develop leaders whose capacity and capability reflect their calling, whose decisions reflect their Inside Voice™, and whose leadership can be trusted by the people they've been entrusted to serve.

WHAT I See (Most DON'T)

I see the gap between:

I see the ideas you’ve been sitting on.
The assignments you’ve delayed.

The brilliance that’s been expressed in pieces—but never fully packaged.

And I know how to bring it all together.

WHAT YOU’VE Built PROFESSIONALLY

AND WHAT YOU'VE BEEN Called TO Build PERSONALLY

Start With the Leadership Diagnostic

See what your leadership is revealing.

The Leadership Alignment Diagnostic is designed to help you assess how your calling, capacity, capability, and current leadership practices are aligning.

You'll uncover areas of strength, identify potential gaps, and gain greater clarity around what your next season of leadership may require from you.

Step Into Momentum

For the leader ready to do the deeper work.

Momentum Executive Advisory is our private advisory experience for established leaders carrying significant vision, people, and responsibility.

Through strategic counsel, leadership assessment, organizational observation, and executive formation, we help you strengthen your Inside Voice™, expand your capacity, sharpen your capability, and become more intentional about how you steward what you've been called to lead.

This isn't about giving you another strategy to execute.

It's about developing the leader responsible for making the strategy work.

Bring Dara Into the Room

Leadership conversations that go beneath the surface.

Dara speaks to executive teams, organizations, ministries, conferences, and leadership communities about the inner work required to lead people well.

Her talks explore the intersection of calling, capability, capacity, discernment, trust, and leadership, challenging leaders to examine not only what they're building, but who they're becoming while they build it.

Available for keynotes, leadership conversations, executive sessions, workshops, and facilitated experiences.

The work starts with you.

You may already have the title.

You may already have the organization.

You may already have the vision.

The question now is:

Who must you become to lead it well?

That's the work we do inside Momentum.

The Women Who Make It Happen

Behind every DACO project is a collective of women who lead with heart and skill. Designers, storytellers, strategists, and producers—each one bringing her own flavor of brilliance to the table.

HOW I'VE ROOTED MY BUSINESS

TODAY

Launched a private mastermind, loss over 15 lbs., tripled my income, and found new ways to appreciate the beauty in my life.

2024

Did the deep, inner work, and discovered that my business model no longer worked for who I was becoming. I shifted my client profile, outlined new services, and officially considered myself a brand and business coach.

2020

Migrated to Nashville and almost lost everything to the changes of location, relationships, business partner proximity, and ministry duties.

2017

Had my first 6-figure year in business, serving over 100 CEOs, founders, executives, doctors, lawyers, state officials, pastors, and more.

2016

Became a partner of Polsky Business School by The University of Chicago, teaching classes on branding. Later, birthing the 1st of 4 sold out personal development conferences, now reimagined to focus on brand identity.

2014

Graduated with a degree in business management from Saint Xavier University, Chicago. Right out of college, I started a brand agency with a four-person team.

In just six months, Dara did what most people couldn’t do in six years.

She saw me before the world did. She believed in what God was doing in me, and she committed herself to it as if it were her own assignment. That’s not business. That’s covenant.

I BUILT DARA ADVISORY GROUP BECAUSE SOMETIMES THE VISION ISN'T THE PROBLEM. THE LEADER HASN'T DEVELOPED THE CAPACITY TO CARRY IT YET.
