As a Strategic Advisor and Business Architect, Dara partners directly with leaders navigating growth, transition, and organizational complexity. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and organizational alignment, helping clients move from scattered initiatives to clear strategic direction.
Rather than focusing on implementation, Dara works alongside decision-makers to clarify priorities, evaluate opportunities, and design organizations that can grow without drifting from their mission.
