A short BTS story of my leadership journey...
I’ve spent more than a decade working behind some of your favorite leaders, building brands, shaping businesses, and helping big visions find their way into the world. Along the way, I built an agency that became an advisory firm—and learned firsthand how quickly misaligned leadership can delay kingdom execution.
But my gift? It has always been seeing beyond the activity and into the assignment.
(I can sit in one meeting and hear the decision no one is making, see the weight the leader was never meant to carry, and spot where the vision got lost in translation.)
