About the event

QV celebrates five years! To commence, we are hosting a free headshot party for all.

RSVP. Show up. Put your name next on the list. Shoot your headshots for free. Select only for edits you want to pay for. Wait 24hours for electronic delivery. You will have all rights to the images once delivered. Edits will cost $25 per.

Doors open at 12pm. The sign-up list to shoot will close at 2pm sharp. Time slots to choose your images will be held every 30 minutes until 2:30pm. Please plan to stick around at least 30 mins.

Sign into the front desk and take the elevator up to the 22nd floor where you'll be greeted.

    Headshots will be taken for free. You only have to purchase the headshots you WANT. Edits are $25 each. Please come well groomed and made-up. If additional editing is needed, we will let you know prior to payment.

    Please be aware that we are monitoring COVID-19 and all of it's regulations. We are making sure our space is cleaned and disinfected throughout the weekend your weekend experience.   • What time should we arrive to Nashville?
    We know arrival times will vary based on the city of departure. It is encouraged to get to Nashville by 3:00 pm to get settled in for our welcome dinner.
  • When should we depart from Nashville?
    It is suggested that you depart after 3:00 pm on that Sunday so you can join our brunch & byes.
  • Exactly how many meals are provided?
    Our Friday welcome dinner and Saturday lunch is included in your registration.
  • Is transporation included?
    Flights or transportation to/from the airport is not included. However we will provide round ground transportation from the to all group activities. Parking is limited on-site.
  • What's the dress attire?
