What time should we arrive to Nashville?We know arrival times will vary based on the city of departure. It is encouraged to get to Nashville by 3:00 pm to get settled in for our welcome dinner.

When should we depart from Nashville?It is suggested that you depart after 3:00 pm on that Sunday so you can join our brunch & byes.

Exactly how many meals are provided?Our Friday welcome dinner and Saturday lunch is included in your registration.

Is transporation included?Flights or transportation to/from the airport is not included. However we will provide round ground transportation from the to all group activities. Parking is limited on-site.
